I'm always on the lookout for new music, a couple of months ago I picked up a few promo CDs in Manchester. One of them, by a band called Still Flyin' was particularly good, so I googled them to find out a bit more.
The googling and link following led to an interview of the band for a podcast by The Bay Bridged. I subscribed to the podcast and have been listening for a few weeks and feel happy to recommend it to all.


It's not so new news now but Pavement, one of my all time favourite bands have announce a reunion and tour and will be calling London in May next year, for which I have already grabbed my ticket.
They will also be curating ATP 2010 and have released an announcement of the first few bands to play including one of my other all time favourite bands being The Fall. Unfortunately the tickets have sold out already and I am without, depending on the rest of the lineup announcements I may have to rectify that. We'll see...
